You’ll finally connect in person with your sacred OOOMie fam—those who have journeyed with you for the last 6 months inside the Portal. You’ve witnessed each other’s leaps, shadows, and breakthroughs... and now you get to land in the same frequency, in the same space, heart-to-heart. It’s a cellular reunion. A divine remembering.

You’re welcome to join the 6-Month OOOM Portal on its own—no retreat required.
However, because the Sedona Retreat is the in-person closing of the Portal journey, it’s reserved exclusively for those enrolled in the full OOOM experience.
In other words:
You can be in the Portal without the retreat,
but you can’t attend the retreat without being part of the Portal. 💫If you can’t attend the live calls, no worries we have replays availble!

A: We offer one group pick-up from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 16th. The drive to Sedona is about 1.5 hours, and we’ll all ride together in our magical (and probably vibey) 15-person van.
If you’re arriving after 2 PM, no worries—you can take a shuttle service to Sedona. We’ll provide you with trusted options to book separately. (But if you can, aim to land before 1 PM so you don’t miss the group ride!)
We will also provide a shuttle back on the day of departure that will be leaving the airbnb at 9:00 am, arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) at 11:00 am on October 20th.
Please plan flights according to take advantage of this transportation!
Arrival Plans:
October 16th: 2:00 pm Departure from PHX.
Plan to land no later than 1:00 pm in PHX.
Departure Plans:
October 20th: 9:00 am Departure from Airbnb to PHX (11:00 am arrival at PHX).

We’ve got you. Closer to the retreat date, we’ll send out a form to gather all dietary preferences and restrictions so our private chef can accommodate your needs with love and intention. You’ll be nourished, supported, and fed like the high-frequency being you are.

Yes! We’ll be traveling as a group throughout the retreat in a rented 15-passenger van. All transportation to hikes, experiences, and outings is covered. Just bring your body, your essence, and your comfy shoes.
If you do wish to rent a car, feel free!

YES. Every hike, ceremony, Jeep tour, guided journey, and alien-coded experience is included in your retreat payment. You will not be asked to pay anything extra once you’re there (unless you want to shop for souvenirs or crystals, of course).

We’ll send out a full packing list closer to the retreat, but think: comfy movement clothes, layers for outdoor hikes, ceremony attire, your highest self outfit (for embodiment night), a bathing suit (if you want to swim in hot tub) and anything you love for grounding or ritual.

We recommend staying for the full experience to receive the entire energetic arc of the retreat. If you absolutely need to arrive late or leave early, just know that transportation will be on your own and you might miss some juicy parts of the experience. Let us know ahead of time so we can help you plan.

Yes! If you and your bestie / soul sister/bro / fellow OOOMie both sign up at Level 3 (the shared “Buddy Room” tier), just reach out to us after purchasing and we’ll make sure you’re roomed together.

Yes, the house has Wi-Fi and decent cell service… but let’s be real—you probably won’t need your phone. Between the embodiment, hikes, soul fam connection, and frequency upgrades, you’ll be too busy living to be scrolling. 😉

All sales are final and non-refundable, but if something comes up and you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another member of The OOOM Portal community.
We ask that you let us know as soon as possible—if you don’t have someone in mind, we’re happy to help find a replacement through our OOOM community or waitlist. This retreat is intentionally designed for those who have been walking the 6-month journey, so all transfers must remain within the container to protect the energy and depth of the experience.
